ConnectMonSvc is a service-only tool to log outbound TCP and UDP connections on a system on a per-process basis. The process name, process id, protocol, IP address and port number are logged making it easy to see what connections have been attemped on your machine. To prevent flooding, especially with the UDP protocol, unique connections are logged only once per process instance. The log file output to your machine should be pretty straight forward and easily readable for the end-user. It supports also logging of IPV6 connections and the option “IgnoreLocalAddresses” in Config.ini allows you to ignore logging of local IP addresses (enabled by default).
