You should have received the download link by email when you made the order. In case you have not received it, do not hesitate to contact us and we will send you the download link by email. Make sure to attach in the email the order number.
- Can I buy licenses of your software from eBay ?
No, we do not allow resellers to sell our software on eBay.

- What do you mean exactly by lifetime license ?
You pay only one time the software and you will receive all the future updates for free, without the need to pay an additional fee to upgrade the software.
- Can I transfer the license I purchased to a new user ?
No, the license is not transferable.
- Can I sell the license I purchased to another user ?
No, you are not allowed to do this.
- I want to buy a new PC, do I need to buy a new license of your software ?
No, you can remove the software from your old PC and install it in the new PC using your already purchased activation code. Since the hardware is new, the software will ask you to reactivate it. You will be redirected to a web page where you can confirm the reactivation and you will need to insert a CAPTCHA.
- If I decide to sell my PC can I leave installed your software I purchased ?
No, you should always remove our commercial software from the PC.
- I lost my activation code, how can I get it again ?
You can contact us using the email address associated with the activation code or with the order number and we will send you the activation code to your email.
- I have more than one PC, how many licenses should I buy ?
In case you have more PCs you should buy 1 license for each PC.
- Why the software I purchased is now asking me to reactivate it ?
- I have problems to activate the software I purchased, what should I do ?
Make sure that an Internet connection is active and that the software is able to connect to the Internet, allow it in your local firewall software. Check also that you wrote the email address and activation code without spaces.
- Where should I enter the activation code for a software I purchased ?
When you install the software you purchased, it will ask you to insert the activation code and email address. Make sure to insert your valid email address because we will use it to send you the dowload link for the latest version of the software and to help you in case you need assistence.
